Hello Sir

I am using bitstarz from 5 months and I have updated my personal details and verified my email

They didn't ask me any verification ids

I have been playing with them from 5 months

Deposit and withdraw all working fine I have been awarded vip


The real balance on my account is 12000 dollars (996000 in inr)


On June 8th I got an email saying Your account has been permanently closed as per management discretion we are not able to divulge any further information on the matter ...


So I have went to chat and they confirmed the same and when asked about my funds in the account they saying we don't give any withdraw
