I've been waiting for a refund for 5 days because they didn't lock my account when asked and I was able to continue playing.
I asked the casino to refund the deposits. This was accepted by the casino and as of Thursday last week the refund should be forwarded to the finance department.
I haven't received any money yet and I request the casino to fulfill the refund.

ich warte seit 5 Tagen auf eine Rückzahlung da sie mein Konto nach Aufforderung nicht gesperrt haben und ich weiterspielen konnte.
Ich habe das Casino aufgefordert die Einzahlungen zurückzuerstatten. Das wurde vom Casino angenommen und seit letzte Woche Donnerstag sollte die Rückzahlung der finanzabteilung weitergeleitet werden.
ich habe bis jetzt kein Geld erhalten und fordere das Casino auf die Rückzahlung zu erfüllen.
