Hello CasinoGuru,


(I am unable to enter .1298 BTC in Disputed Amount of the form).


I confirmed a withdrawal in the amount of 0.1298 BTC on July 12, 2022.


BitDice has given me every excuse in the book as to why they haven't processed my withdrawal.


My past 5 withdrawals have taken about 3 weeks to process, this being my 6th. At any given time, there are people in their Chat room begging for their withdrawals as I have been doing. They advertise "72 hours for withdrawals" which is a complete lie.


I get an error when trying to upload photo proof of withdrawal confirmation, maybe I can email it to you.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Did you try to send them the missing verification documents directly to their e-mail?

My account has been fully verified (KYC) since May 12, 2022.


Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?

I accumulated my winnings with real money.


When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Literally every single day. Asking for updates and have been given excuse after excuse.


Did you try to send them the missing verification documents directly to their e-mail?

There are no missing verification documents to e-mail as I am fully verified (KYC) already.


I have had 3 successful withdrawals processed which on average took about 3 weeks to receive (much longer than "72 hours" that they falsely advertise).

Note: In my OP, I accidently said " 5 withdrawals" when in actuality, I have made 3 withdrawals.
