Hello, i a long term customer of BitDice and bet over 25k on this site. Now i have the problem, i dont get a win from a bet. It‘s my money and not from a bonus or something. I played a bet over 75.5 points and my money was still placed on this bet, after the game was finished and my bet was won, i got my bet back but without the win. After a long discussion in the live support, i didnt got anything and they said the match got cancelled or something but on their own site the result of the match was public (also on all other sports sites). Now i want my won amount to my account. Please see attached screenshots.

I'm sorry to inform you that we have very littlie, almost no experience with the betting industry as we do only casino section reviews. I'm not entirely sure how fast you should receive a winning bet but as it seems from the screenshot, the match ended yesterday so maybe it is just a matter of time to receive it.
Still, as mentioned before, we have no experience with sport betting so we won't really be able to help you out in this case. Is there anything else we can assist you with regarding any casino related issue?
