my account verified a few months ago, funds in the account come from the deposit + bonus reload, I tried to contact support regarding withdraw.
but it doesn't really matter because the complaint is the same as the other complaints you can read in casno.guru against Bitbet24, i.e. a very long unjustified delay in withdrawing.

I don't know where you see that withdraw has been cancelled, status NEW means that the withdrawal is in progress, this is how it works in any casino with software from this provider.
Cancel button means that I can cancel this withdraw, as you can see withdraw has status New, if it was processed it would change to Completed, if canceled it would be Rejected, not a Cancel button.
withdraw from 21.04.2023 there is pending all the time, and has never been cancelled.
