Requested a withdrawal on 5-15. Keep getting denied. I contacted support and was told the issue was I had to subtract the $50 fee from the amount I was trying to withdraw. $50 fee for a $100 withdrawal. Doesn't say anything about that on the web page. So I did as they say and still no withdrawal. It plainly says on the website "instant withdrawals". After a few hours and not receiving my payment I contacted customer support and was told 24-48 hours to process then it would be sent to their processing company and I would get it 3-5 business days. I ask about the instant withdrawals and was told their website did not have that on there. After I read it to them then they said if you click on it will tell you the 3-5 days. LOL!

After not receiving my payment on the 23rd I contacted them again. I was told by the end of the weekend. Monday and still nothing. So I called again and was told it was sent to the processing company on the 21st and 3-5 days after that and I would receive it the next day Tuesday. Nothing showed up Tues and was told tomorrow which is Wed, today as I type, we were just waiting on the processing company. So I called again today after not receiving it and was told the owner was working on it and it would be today or tomorrow. I ask if they were talking about the owner of the casino and was told yes. I'm confused how if it was sent to the processing company on the 21st how the owner was working on it.

I would really like to get my $50 and then have my account closed to put an end to this nightmare. It's went from instant withdrawals to 3-5 days to by the end of the weekend and 3 tomorrows now for a total of 2 weeks. Also I deposited Bitcoin and was withdrawing in BTC.

Any help you can give me I would appreciate.

No previous withdrawal. Wasn't asked for KYC. I never take the bonus.

Spoke with customer service on the phone Thursday 30th and was told by the CSR that she remembered talking to me and they were supposed to pay that out yesterday. To give her 20 minutes and she would call me back. They never called back.
