The player from the United States had described difficulties in getting a response from the casino after winning and being unable to withdraw. Her attempts to contact the casino via chat and phone had been unsuccessful, and she had found multiple complaints about the casino on social media. We had reached out to the player for additional information to better understand her situation but received no response. Consequently, we could not investigate further and had to reject the complaint due to lack of communication from the player's side.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS CASINO!! Deposited, won money, did not get a bonus so I was totally eligible for a payment and I got no response nor did they bother to pick up the phone. When they finally did respond to the chat, the person had horrible grammar and gave me run around they just ignored me.


If you go to the website and look at their Facebook, Instagram, and X page. You will notice all of their posts are outdated and the comments that those posts have are complaints about how they were scammed out of their money.
