I cannot log in as I am being told details are incorrect. They are the same log in details that I used to deposit. I was told almost a week ago by a representitive that he could see the amount of money showing in my account and if I sent him my date of birth and username the funds wouof be relegated into my account. This is the second time this has happened to me and I feel that it won't let you sign on if you are trying to make a withdrawal. It seems to take 2 to 3 days for your team to answer my queries. Please can you sort this matter out or I will have to take this matter further. THANK YOU REV IRENE *** 01/05/19**
