The player from US has been trying to close her account. Unfortunately, her requests have been ignored. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have asked, begged and pleaded with this scam of a casino to deactivate my account! They are rude and have no regards for you as a customer! It is the most horrible experience I have ever had! Trust me they are a TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT PLAY HERE!!! THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN THIEVES

I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found:
„The Player has the right to close his/her Casino account at any time by contacting our customer service department. These requests will be dealt with within 24 hours."
