The player from India made a deposit a day before submitting this complaint. After the deposit was credited to the player's account, we closed the complaint as resolved.
I made a deposit request with INR 10000 on 29th May 2023 at 12 pm IST which got successful from my side but there payment provider not updating the same. I tried many times to confirm via UTR no but it got timeout. I complaint about this to payment provider and casino after that payment provider showing successful transaction but big bazzi not updating my balance and also not responding. Feeling cheated. Plz help

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
