The player from Greece successfully completed the initial verification process and made a small withdrawal. However, subsequent withdrawal attempts required additional verification steps, including sending a selfie and now holding an ID while having the platform dashboard open. When I first signed up, first of all, tried to verify myself. So I did!

The verification passed and I started betting.


After some days of betting, tried a small withdrawal and after a 2 days delay the funds were in my bank account. At my second withdrawal attempt, they asked for a new verification process of me sending a selfie, although I have passed the verification. I did! After many attempts of sending the selfie (bad quality etc), they finally accepted the selfie after 15 days and let me withdraw some of my funds (250€). Now, at my 3rd (and final) withdrawal attempt of 350€, they want a new verification process (!!!!!), me holding my ID (AGAIN) and having their platform dashboard open. Why they didn't ask this at the beginning?


Has passed over a month since I am trying to withdraw all of my funds Casino-Guru.


This is ridiculous and humiliating. I am very frustrated and gutted.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that providing another selfie seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you been advised why anther photo or a document is needed every time your request a withdrawal?

Yes Patronela you got it right!


Whenever I try to withdraw some of my funds, they find another excuse for delaying it. This is how I see it.

Why haven't they asked for all the documents at first? Why Every time I am trying to withdraw?


Before even depositing, I send them my ID, which passed and then started my first deposit.

After that, I withdrew my initial fund. So far so good!


At my second withdrawal, they asked for a selfie with my ID. I sent them twice the required photo. This whole procedure took more than 2 weeks. Then they let me withdraw some of my funds, not all of them, because they informed me I could withdraw no more than 400€ per day. So I did!


When I tried to withdraw the rest of them they asked again for a new selfie with my ID AND the dashboard of the casino platform opened. Why they didn't ask for it previously?


I totally understand that KYC is an important procedure for all casinos. I respect that. But this time I feel they are trying to delay the withdrawal. This is not fair at all. It's taking more than a month to withdraw less than 700€...


I am still waiting now for the new photo to be accepted. Unless they find another excuse for me to send them another one. It's really time-consuming and not a pleasant procedure.


I hope they don't delay the verification process and let me withdraw my funds.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the prompt replies.


I would like to let you know that finally, after almost a month, I managed to withdraw all my funds (700€) from Biamo Bet Casino.

After a long (useless) journey of the verification process, my funds are safely in my wallet.


After examining all the reviews and complaints about the Biamo Casino, the conclusion is that Biamo maybe hasn't enough liquidity to be able to proceed with the players' withdrawals and so finds ways of delaying it, which means it is a soft/small casino.


Not recommended for hard punters
