Hello,


I made a deposit of 100€ with CashToCode 3 days ago.

Unfortunately the money hasn't been added to my account at Betzino yet.


The payment at the local shop was successful (receipt in the attachments), also the payment provider on Betzino side said "payment successful" (attachment 2).


CashToCode is a similar payment system like paysafecard. You make the deposit in the casino, pay cash in the local shop and the money should be added after 10 minutes. I made several deposits with CashToCode in other Casinos, never had a problem.


Can you help me to solve this problem?


I already wrote Betzino several times, they are just delaying the process and are not very helpful.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
