Hi, I want to complain about the Betzets. I've been trying to get my money for a long time. I'll tell you the details. I played at Betzets Casino. My balance after the end of the game was $100. I wanted to withdraw my deposit and winnings, but Betzets Casino delayed verification. They required a lot of additional documents. I have provided some proof of my identity, my address and my bank statement. Then the casino canceled the withdrawal and returned $100 to my casino account. I put the funds on withdrawal again, but I did not received the money.


I believe that the actions of the casino do not comply with the rules of the casino and the laws of any country. An honest casino returns money to its users. Please solve my problem.

No, I didn't get the verification letter. But I sent a lot of documents to the casino. I think that's enough to finish the verification. But the casino doesn't answer me or doesn't give me my money.


Here is a list of the documents I sent: passport and bank statement, other bank statement, passport registration address, gas check, bank card photo, electricity receipt, selfie with the inscription, Skrill account statement.


I used the welcome bonus. I can't find a specific link to this bonus. It's not working right now.
