Hello Nick yes i have a verfied account the account its active 3 a 4 months ago i got it from casino guru.

I dit not play with bonus funds i made a withdrawal in the past also.

After 2 weeks i ask the casino why my withdrawal is so late? the casino ask if i can put in my bank number again

so i put in the bank number again and ask for a break from playing if its oke and do i stil get my funds?

casino anser was yes everyting is fine you get the funds.

after 3 weeks casino told me everything is fine money is underway i got a mail.

Yesterday casino told me i have to wait until the break is over thats 4 more weeks therfore my complaint here.

i see a lot of red lines lol my english is not so good.

Hello Nick i do not have my funds yet but i have been in touch with the casino and they where honest enough you can close the complaint can you delete the hole complaint? thank you

Hello im sorry Nick the complaint is still open i like to explain now the casino is telling me 15 minutes ago there is no open withdrawal then just now support was telling me i cant withdrawal my account is closed.

i had a conversation whit support by mail and was promised i get my funds so i closed the compaint but now they keep switching.

i have al the mails where you can see they are saying diverend things i can send them to you? im now waiting for help from you because im getting frustrated and im not that friendly anymore

im sorry but im getting so sick of this casino has no responsible gaming this stalling payment for almost 5 weeks just to wait so my account is active so i play the funds.

Hello Nick and Peter after almost 5 weeks the casino have paid my funds.

after the casino notice i was complaining to casino guru they where speeding things up and asking me to close the complaint.

in 1 mail the casino was telling me we cant always provide the special needs of the players, i was waiting 4 weeks for my funds lol i have now close my account.

for other players good luck
