I have an even worse experience with this casino! I wanted to deposit money with them but first the chat asked if I can get the welcome bonus that they sent as advertising in my email box with 100% + 100 free spins. Lucas on the chat replied that it is correct and that this should go without problems, but if there is a problem, he should add manually! Guess what happened then, bonus never came and "Lucas" disappeared, instead came "Dominic" who said I could choose bonus before I deposited money etc. What can I say, scam at an advanced level with fake e-mail offer and lots thieves on the chat who know exactly how to scam people! Avoid this casino! EDIT; A little later I got Lucas and confronted him and asked why are you lying? I was automatically transferred to another agent! Avoid this casino and do not understand why CasinoGuru does not lower the rating significantly?

First of all, why are comments being deleted?
Description: 10.06.2024 I ordered a withdrawal of funds to the mifinity online wallet. The funds have not even been processed for withdrawal to this day!
