Customer support was unhelpful, and an email to their support bounced back. Additionally, the email verification link led to an incomplete site. We requested additional documentation from the player, but he failed to respond within the given time frame. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of response.

On the 3rd June I made a deposit on betybet, i used Litecoin for deposit. The deposit has been completed and has the 6+ confirmation that is considered irreversible. But my deposit still shows as pending on the casino.

I have been in contact with support via live chat three times and each time just got told it is in final stage, it will be completed soon.

Last time they told me that I should contact my bank and the issue was on my end. That does not make sense for me, the crypto transaction is public so everyone can see the see the transaction. I have send screenshots and the link to block cypher where my wallet adresse and the casino wallet adress is shown.

I have also send to their support email and got response back from Gmail that email does not exist.


When I used confirmation link to verify my email, It also send me to a uncompleted site. Seems like the casino has multiple issues.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hi, again.

You say if my payment has not gone through I have to contact my payment provider??

I can understand if I had used a visa, bank transfer, Neteller, Skrill and it had not gone through I had to contact them and get them to show some kind of proof of the payment.


But I used Litecoin that is a crypto currency. All transactions are public, so anyone in the world could look up my wallet adresse and see the transaction to the Casino.

I have send screenshots of that to the casino and also direct line to block cypher that show mine and the casino wallet adress, also included a hash code that shows a complete transaction.

It basically is the same as if I gave you cash, and you put them in your pocket and afterwards said you never paid me.

If I contacted the company behind my crypto wallet they would give me the same explanation.


One of my points with the complaint was also to make people aware of the casino has multiple issues not only with payment, so they would think twice before using the casino.

I have used other casinos from same owner as this and never had any issues .

But this casino feels like it is still in beta version
