Ich habe am 7.9.22 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 250,00 Euro getätigt. Da es bei dem Casino Probleme mit den zahlungsvarianten mutchbetter und AstroPay gab, blieb mir nur die Auszahlung per banküberweisung. Mein Account ist verifiziert. In der Vergangenheit waren Auszahlungen möglich. Seit dem 7.9.22 habe ich mehrmals den Support kontaktiert und erhielt immer wieder die gleichen Aussagen. Neue Bank, Probleme bei der Bank, die Bank hat alle Informationen erhalten und es möge somit nicht mehr in der Hand von Betworld247. Das kann man ja kaum glauben. Trotz etlichen Nachfragen ist kein Geld bisher eingegangen auf meinem Konto. Seit dem 30.09.22 erhalte ich nun auch keine Antworten mehr per Ticket und keine Antwort per Mail. Könne sie mich in meinem Fall irgendwie unterstützen?
