Sadly enough I did on 23-5-2022 a withdrawal

and in now still pending,

excusses are problems with the bank

bank paperwork/ bank holiday/

bank delay and the searching anouther bank, etccc etcccc,


they promised me they bank pay out after weekend / after 5 days

and the last they say before 1 july,


but sadly enough still no money

my trust in gone in BetWorld247


i hope this is a way to get my 290 euros

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello I play and verified my account since about half a year, I had already a withdrawal in de past 50 euros that was no problem,

It is with real money I spent about 2000 euros,

I speak the casino a few times in the week but they do not aswer yet, 🙁

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but it appears they have stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I wish I could be of more help.
