Hello, thank you very much for your help, I have requested a payout to my bank account from the said casino because a payout was not possible at the time, even Muchbetter, this payout was 18 days ago and the money is still not there. But I was in good spirits and since previously a deposit and withdrawal via Muchbetter was always done in seconds and continued to pay in, I now have a balance of over 250 euros again (deposit via Muchbetter) but I cannot withdraw the 100 euros it comes always an error message Betworld says the problem is with Muchbetter which is impossible. What can I do?
Hallo vielen dank für ihre Hilfe ich habe bei dem besagtem Casino eine Auszahlung auf mein Bankkonto beantragt da eine Auszahlung zur Zeit auch Muchbetter nicht möglich war dies Auszahlung ist nun 18 Tage her und das Geld ist noch immer nicht da. Ich war aber guter Dinge und da vorher eine ein und Auszahlung über Muchbetter immer in Sekunden erledigt war und zahlte weiter ein jetzt habe ich ein Guthaben von über 250 Euro erneut erspielt ( Einzahlung über Muchbetter) aber ich kann nicht die 100 Euro Auszahlen lassen es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung Betworld sagt das Problem liegt bei Muchbetter was aber ausgeschlossen ist. It is possible that the casino requires some documents from you proving that the bank account is your own. Also it is common that some payments may be disabled from time to time and it is not really under the control of the casino, it's up to the provider.
