We’ve reopened this complaint as per the casino's request. We would like to give this case one more chance to get resolved and help both involved parties to reach to a satisfactory conclusion.

"Hi for all tournament there is requirement 20eur to be deposited in the period of tournament. Users doesn't copy that to you.

 

- Betworld247 has rights to doesn't give award for users who doesn't have deposit on his account. If user plays tournament with Freespins award on it it can be take out award.

 

- Money must be deposited in the period when the tournament starts and ends.

 

- Withdraw shouldn't be done in the period when the tournament starts and ends.

 

- The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings.
