Hello CasinoGuru,


I really hope you can help med.


For some years ago I did tho withdrawals on Betworld247, without problem. But now something has happend and I think they have stop to payout money.


I did a deposit on 460 euro and play on their casino for around 10,000 euro. After that my balance was 460 again, and I deceided to do a withdrawal. (I have no bonus active). But even if I have wait in a couple of weeks, the casino refuse to pay out. The withdrawal it’s just saying "pending" and when I ask them they are saying over and over that they are working on the problem with the bank.


I just want to get my deposit back, and I really hope you can help me.

When exactly did you make your last successful withdrawal? How long did it take to be processed?

  1. I did the first despoit 4 of July, and the second 6 of July. Both are still pending.
  2. My last successful withdrawl was 8 of September 2021.
  3. I think it took some days.

Thank you for your help Kristina. I will send screenshots to you this week, to your mail.


Before, when they accept my withdrawls (the last one 8 September 2021) then I think it was with Trustly. Now they dont have Trustly anomore, so I have request these withdrawls with "regular" banktransfers. They have limit on 50 euro per withdrawl, so i have done more then one.


I will send screenshots to you this week. Thank you again for your help, it means very much.

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Thank you very much for your help Stefan. Its very kind that you and your team are trying to help me. But I dont think the casino will answer, and I think they have stop to pay out money to the customers. Im little bit supriced, because they have MGA-licence. Do you have any idea of what I can do?

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but it appears they have stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I wish I could be of more help.
