I have been waiting over 1.5 months for my money. Every week i get the same response "this week sir, bank problems'' then '' we have fixed it this week you will get it'' and then ''oh no soon it will be fixed''


I am tired of waiting.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is really a long time. Do I understand correctly that payment is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Have you received any winnings from this casino in the past?

It is indeed still pending after 6 weeks, with the casino saying "this week".


This was without an active bonus and I have been paid out in the past.
