The player from Spain is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds due to limited availability of payment methods. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They force me to withdraw the money from the card that I made the deposit and that I have bet that amount, I have done so and it appears to me that the operation is denied by the issuer of the card. To enter there is no problem.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that the payment has been rejected by your bank?
Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
We will contact the casino and ask for their cooperation in resolving your problem, but, before we do so, could you please advise if you were offered any alternative method to place a minimum deposit and withdraw your funds?
