I Made a deposit of 25000 and made a total of 100000 but when I try to withdraw they asked me submit document to security department.i submitted my adhar then they asked to submit it in pdf form downloaded from official website . I sent them .then they asked to submit selfie with I'd and background with security department mail and I sent them . I will also upload here these documents.but they dint clarify what is wrong with sent image and they again sent same massage to send I'd+ security mail selfie Ali again clicked image and sent them but they said they will not reply If I will not send them required file .please check my clicked image If You find any mistake then help me .because they are not replying me withaur giving any clarification.please sir help me I have huge ammount in it ,it is life saver for me .

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

If you have been asked for a selfie with ID documents or a screen behind you, which is nothing unusual, please follow these important guidelines:

-         Do not edit the image in any way

-         The photo needs to include your full face, head-on, with no distortions, shadows, or reflections of light. If someone takes the photo for you, make sure they take it from up close and include as little background as possible (remember, no cropping is permitted)

-         When you take the photo of your ID, make sure the photo is clear and close enough to read without cropping or editing

Sir I sent full clear and not cropped image which is easy to read and also same as you dummy provided .sir please give me your mail I will send the photos that I uploaded .sar I m confident that I m not doing any mistake it is the scam by the company .please sar give me your email I will send my uploaded image by which U can help me by talking with betwinner . I m not able to uploaded here because file is more than 5 mb
