Fraudulent Transactions on Account # 1436701


My name is Joseph Kahabka-Hokanson and I have been a victim of credit card fraud, and identity theft. I don't have an account with you, but someone who has stolen my identity and used my credit cards / bank cards and has created an account(s) under my information, I would like to know how, and when did this individual create accounts under this email kahabka87@gmail.com and who knows what other ones without my acknowledgement, i just got home from Afghanistan from my deployment and i see my cell phone has been stolen and my bank accounts all have been compromised i see your company has been involved in this bank mess i have now your company has allowed someone who has stolen my name my ID's, my credit cards, and use them within this company. I was able to recoup my iPhone back thanks to a tracking feature on the phone and this company and I see the fool saved login credentials to this gaming site within the phone so that’s how I have been given access to this fraudulent account. Betus.com.pa has allowed this individual to fraudulently without my acknowledgment charge my bank cards to an account created with my information. Identity theft as well. I never gave permission for this nor was I aware of this happening while I was overseas. what are my options i do have a police report and also I have an affidavit from the perpetrator who they finally caught. These documents are attached. All my email passwords have been changed, everything is a complete mess. 4 other gaming companies, were all hit up as well, im at a loss of $9,650.30 total. I would like my money back.

As you stated yourself, your identity has been stolen and that would be a case for police authorities not for Casino.Guru forum. Please, understand we are an independent online casinos database that acts as a mediator resolving players’ disputes. We have no authority to enforce the legality of rules. Contacting the police and your bank is the best option in your case. I have already contacted the police and the banks the banks are asking me to contact the merchants that were involved in these unauthorized charges to see and if they’ll refund me my money prior to them submitting disputes and all the unauthorized charges I have contacted betUS And they are giving me an extreme hard time I need someone in the middle to mediate all this and I’m hoping that possibly could be you

I'm truly sorry, but no we can't help you with the unauthorized transactions and identity theft. This is a very serious case and since the casino didn't do any mistake, and it is not responsible for the situation in any way, we cannot ask it to be involved in this conversation. Your bank and police should be able to assist you.

I will be contacting the BBB and also, i will be letting my attorney, along with the FBI they will be in contact with FBI’s Legal Attaché team, and i will be making sure https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/ is well aware of whats going on. and make sure their gaming licenses are revoked. from all casinos involved
