The player struggles to withdraw his money due ongoing verification. The complaint was resolved as the player received her money.
I joined Betti on Friday 3 January and made several deposits. I then withdrew 900 euros and chased up on chat asking when I will receive this. I was told I needed to submit further documents and then checked my emails and saw I had an email requesting the further documents. I forwarded these on Sunday and am still waiting for my winnings.
I have chatted again with them and I feel they are stalling. Yesterday when I chatted with them I was told my request was being chased and yet today I am told they are chasing the relevant team. I just want my winnings with no hassle. Please can you help?
