It's 900 euros I've withdrawn. I withdrew it very late on monday im fully verified I've done everything I've been asked. But I've been scammed once before and this is showing the exact same patern. Scripted answers to my questions no real resolution to my problem. For me it's a lot of money and I genuinely want to give this casino a good review if they're legit. I was told that if I didn't hear anything within 48 hours to get in touch and they'll chase it up. I've done that and there just doesn't seem to be any haste to how they're dealing with it. I've seen this all before with a casino that kept me waiting for months only for me to eventually give up. It even says on their website "we aim to process withdrawals in 24 hours" I just want my money.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I am fully verified I have spoken to them every day since Monday when I made the first withdrawal. 14 days is excessive? Their own website says 1-3 and even states that they tend to sort withdrawals in 24 hours. I never used a bonus I used my own money no bonus was activated so there's no wagering requirements they're simply not paying and they keep replying with the same scripted replies. The latest excuse is that they have technical issues. The only hope I have with this is that it seems like you've managed to resolve at least a few of these complaints and get people there money I am resigned to not being paid as I've said I've been scammed before I know the behaviour.

My case has been resolved they paid me not the best but it's been paid to me so I can no longer complain
