No response from betti as to why still pending

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Hello. Yeah I've made one withdrawal in the past. Been asked for documents in the past. All submitted and verified. And there withdrawal times are suppose to be 24 hours. It's over this it's 48 now and no response from betti.

I've emailed them and they haven't responded

I've been on chat to them spoke to aarne who hasn't helped at all.

Told me couldnt give me a response time on withdrawal

Told me to email them if wanted to log a complaint (which I've done and no one responds)

I just simply want the withdrawal processed this is getting so frustrating and stressful now. .I'm disabled and need that money asap

I've now been asked for a 'source of funds' document... basically a bank statement which I've already supplied in the past. I've now sent this again to them. Please can someone help here

Sent the document as requested

Bearing in mind they have all this info from previous withdrawal

The document I sent today is now showing as approved...but the withdrawals are still pending and not processed

I've uploaded 10 forms of ID which are showing as verified yet the withdrawal amounts are still once again pending. This is absolutely ridiculous now from betti. I've been good enough to use there site and deposit and provide all documentation and get treated like this

I've now tried to log in the account and it's been locked and I'm getting no resposne from betti

Betti live chat have said my account is fully verified and because of the effect this company is having on my mental health they have closed my account and havent paid out

I feel like this is fraud now

The casino aren't responding back

They have taken my deposits

Taken several ID... currently ten forms verified on my account

Closed my account and not processed any withdrawals..live chat is Advising to wait for emails but the company doesn't reply back. I'm mentally in pieces over this
