I'm currently having problems verifying my account as I have played with cards that have now been canceled and the casino are declining my paperwork and bank statements wich clearly evidence the past deposits. I believe they are delaying my withdrawals. I am chatting in the chat and have said they will escalate to the right department. But I am not getting any clarity or answers from them. Recent deposit method been verified and residence also identity but delays with card ownership. Any help to resolve this would be great.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I have sent numerous account statements and now they are aask9ng for clarification as to the cancelled card wich I have uploaded a paperwork showing proof of the closure. They are now delaying saying my virtual revolt card they need a screen shot of front back this is a virtual card and I can not screen shot so I have sent acount conformation and taken a picture of the virtual card which they ate saying is not valid it needs to be a screen shot. Wich I can't provide I have done everything they are asking and still declining and delaying I have spoken to numerous people who all advise diffrent things it's like I'm getting nowhere. Verification has been now ongoing 3days however I get 14 days but this is just getting ridiculous
