The player from Canada is experiencing problems with receiving his winnings. The casino paid part of his winnings, and later advised that the player should ask for chargebacks. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited $2000 at 250% match

Withdrew $7600

Feb 19 Got paid $1475.91

Never received the difference of $6122.09


On Feb 15, my wife deposited$4000 at $250% match

Withdrew $$11 111.00

Was paid $1533

Never received the remaining $ $9 578.00


As of April 16th 2021 Michael is no longer communication with us.

Both of acct have been blocked but we have over 92 emails that tells the story. Here is an overview:

Hi Rob,

This is the breakdown of everything so it is very clear:

You deposited a total of 2560 CAD on your credit card.

We gave you 6250 CAD in bonuses.

Your made a withdrawal of 7598 CAD.

Under normal circumstances you would have been paid out 1348 (7598-6250), since once you request a withdrawal the bonus money is then removed as it is non-cashable.

However, we paid you 1500 CAD by Ecopayz and I was hoping that I could refund the remainder to your card as a goodwill gesture but after speaking to the processor we are unable to.

So, this is why I am kindly asking you to dispute the credit card charges and get the refund back on your card.

This is the best option we have for you right now. Please get back to me once you have retrieved the money and maybe we can discuss reinstating your account, the funds that were in there was bonus money and has now been voided.

In my books of misunderstanding there was $6022 pending ,, will that mean that I will receive $2560 from the $6022 and the difference of $3462 will be available for me to play at will in my acct?

I am soooooo sorry for all this confusion of mine,, I know that you are busy and I am not all with it! But your patience and help isSOOOO appreciated.

OK so here is the best way to get this awful saga over with because we have been scammed by the people that processed your credit cards.

Please call your bank and dispute every transaction you see on your card from XENUM LLC

Tell the bank that either you do not recognise the charges or you were offered a financial service (say it was a transaction made on the phone) and you then requested a refund but they have been impossible to contact and you later learned it was fraud.

Don't say it was a casino or they may not be as willing to help.

Just to summarize the case and to make sure I understand the issue correctly – the casino sent part of your winnings to your Ecopayz account. Later you were advised to ask your bank to dispute the amount you deposited to your casino account to receive the rest of your winnings. Is that correct?
