HI, i have had this complaint on another site for over 2 months so i dont realy expect to get my money but i want to put this up as a warning..in short it started with that i gat an 160% bonus and depositet 1000NOK so i had 2600,- to play with their terms was 40 times (104000,- Nok) wagering, 50 nok max bet and no max cash out.. i could play any game i wanted... i then wagered this way over what i had to, around 140000,- nok and then did some bonus buys... i gat my balance up to 30000NOK and decided to cash out... then they claimed i had only wagered 97000 before i did bonus buys and that i then had bettet over my limits of 50 nok .... i hawe prooven to the other site i had my complaint at that i wagered way more than the casino state with my spin bye spin log and that my win was legit... after that this casino lied and staled feedbacks for over 2 months and just dont want to pay and i have prooven their acusons wrong everytime to the site i had a complaint at... this site is one of few that actualy has a warning against this site and thats great, sad i dident read it before but i wanted to put this up as a warning to players anyway... BetterDice Casino is a scam and they will randomley steal your money.. if you need proove of my play i have more than enough so please contackt me in that case

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the Bonus T&Cs and I found the term that has been breached:

"8. The maximum wager when a Bonus is pending, or actively being turned over is 5 Euros per round and 0.50 Euros (or the currency equivalent of 0.50 Euro) per line. You may lose your Winnings if you do not follow by these terms."

Before we move forward with this complaint, would you be so kind and send all the important evidence together with the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? We need to gather as much information as possible about your case.

Also, could you please provide more information about your bonus buys? What exactly did you purchase?

Ty for your involment in this, i hawe sendt you an mail with some explonations and screenshot

This case has gone on for almost 3 months so please ask if i have started in "the midle" with some explonations

I know that this money is lost becase this is what they do, they couls easly used 5 minits for 3 months ago and solved this but they just dont want to so as i said in my first post that this is mostly a warning to other players..

Ty for your involment.. i could show you the full spin by spin history but since its only 10 spin a side i would hawe to send you 680 screenshots... if they reply here witch i dont think they will probley first do theur fake profe that stop my wagering after 4639 spin (thats why i sendt you the page showing spin 4640 and futher and there are no spin over max stake there as they claimed) first whitch is easy to proofe is wrong for me and then stop replying.. but maybe they hawe learnd from last time and just dont reply this time.. 🙂.... if you want and can i be more than happy to give you my login details so you can go thru my spin bye spin log yourself if you want to

Its now 11 h left for them to respond but of corse they want... this casino is a scam and i hawe met more honest thives than the people i have talked with at this casino

To the people that read this marc that they hawe a curaco license (there are good casinos with this license out there) and that means that casinos can do as they want and a player has no were to complain... if you file a curaco complaint you eather get no feedback or as it is most of the times.. the curaco complaint site is down or not working


Anyway, A big TY to Casino Guru for publicing this and actualy be the only site i found that had a warning and bad rating on this casino

I hawe also manage during this 3 months to get other sites to lover their raiting and name them on list as worst new casino etc. so please save you the trouble by using them, they will trick you in the end and if you get a great bonus offer from them my advise would be to use play money instead.. it would be the same as you probley wont get it paid out anyway if you win 🙂


Anyway, sorry for my bad spelling but i hope you get my point 🙂 and Ty again for having a great casino site

We would like to ask the BetterDice Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.


The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.


Asop13, the casino is holding Gaming Curacao license. Please try to write to them: http://www.gaming-curacao.com/#section-testimonials 


It will probably not change anything (because this is not a good curacao license (they have 4 of them) but you should try it)
