The player from the UK is struggling to receive her withdrawal. The casino sent her a prepaid card, but it wasn’t loaded.
Despite numerous emails and live chats my money still hasnt been paid they sent me a deltatech epay card and said the money was loaded it wasnt and that was over 2 weeks ago I have seen about 30 complaints now saying the same thing

I have spoken to betterdice live chat emailed them again no reply.
The card but its set you dont see a statement I have had a withdrawal a while ago hence the 3p. You cant transfer the money it has to be drawn as cash.
There are a lot of people who havent been paid

Ann, I apologize, but I am not sure I understand correctly. Is the prepaid card loaded or not? Can you pay with it or withdraw the money from an ATM?
