A player from Poland unsuccessfully attempted to contact Bettaurus' customer support to facilitate a withdrawal requested two weeks ago with no response. The provided email, support@bettaurus.com, was unusable. The player provided necessary documents but is unable to get further progress due to lack of contact. After contacting casino and their affiliates we still weren't able to get a response.

100% Zombie Casino, support does not exist, chat never works, email: support@bettaurus.com automatically rejects the email as if the email inbox did not exist, I made the withdrawal money on September 11, 2023, I added documents on the website, I wrote to the e-mail address provided on the website support@bettaurus.com, unfortunately I receive a message from the mail that the recipient's e-mail address does not exist and the message was returned to the sender.

Casino.guru should check casinos better and add zombie casinos to blacklists, after all, there is no chance of any withdrawal from a casino where no one works... Company is 100% scam because they have no support, I guess you can see that.

Again, I am sorry for your negative experience.

I admit that trying to contact the casino via support or attempting to contact the casino representatives, my attempts have been fruitless. Consequently, I changed the support rating of the casino and marked the casino as 'zombie'.

Keep in mind Casino.Guru has a database of several thousand active casinos. We put a lot of effort into keeping the reviews up to date, but it is a difficult task. This particular casino was reviewed on July 2023 and my colleague confirmed to me the section of the casino that currently serves to leave messages (tawk.to) was a fully functioning live chat at that time, with good service.

Thank you for your help in making Casino Guru better.

Dear Niedzwiadek, I have contacted the Chipstars affiliate and was told that BetTaurus isn't managed by the same brand, therefore I would recommend you contact the Curacao eGaming Authority (https://verification.curacao-egaming.com/validateview.aspx?domain=bettaurus.com#contentComplaints) and submit a complaint to them. The Gaming Authority has more options and tools to help players. Please let me know if you need help with submitting the complaint or how they responded if you can do it on your own (peter.c@casino.guru). I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
