My deposit pending couple of days and i getting no answer about paying out time . My account is full veryficate becouse is not a first time while i requested withdrawal , but before was never a problem with it

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal?

Thank you 🙂 money usually was always on next day payed out from this site becouse I withdrew there more times. I requested couple days ago but now is changed and they cancelled mine request. Unfortunately my account is now on cool-off period and I can’t login . I used the same method for withdrawal what I deposited

Thank you for your reply, Koteczek. Could you please advise when exactly you made your last successful withdrawal? Which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it one of those you used in the past?

Also, when did your cool-off period start and how many days will it be active, please?
