I have deposited 1200 on 26th July 2023, amount got debited from my account and not added to gaming wallet, when i contacted the chat support they are asking me to wait from day one to till now. 15 days over and every day they are telling same reason

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I have contacted the phonepe and they confirmed that amount already reached the beneficiary immediately after the transaction and asked me to contact the beneficiary. But casino is doing fraud here and telling me to wait for update which is telling from past 18 days
