The player from India has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have made deposit and amount is successfully deducted from bank account but it is not added to gaming wallet. I contacted customer care chat support but they are telling to wait for 2 hours. Actually 10 hours over but also again telling to wait for 2 hours

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be located and refunded back to your bank account or credited to your casino account.

Its not my 1st deposit. And amount is successful..but betstar is not added to gaming wallet. Even customer care executive also telling lie in chat. Everytime i ask them they are telling wait for 2 hours. But 26 hours over now
