The player from India claimed that Betstar had failed to award a loss bonus for a loss of RS 13010 sustained in the first week of January. The casino had not provided an explanation for this. The player confirmed that his account was verified and he had received loss bonuses in the past. However, we found that the casino had no specific bonus conditions, and bonuses were considered as a goodwill gesture. As such, it was entirely the casino's decision to grant bonuses. Unfortunately, we could not assist the player further in this matter and the complaint was closed.

Betstar is not giving loss bonus, i have played more and suffered loss of RS 13010 for the week January 1 to 7, but they are not giving loss bonus and also not telling why they are not giving, simply cheating.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you ever receive any bonus from the casino in the past? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that after I've checked the casino terms, there is not a single mention about any bonuses given by the casino so if you did not receive any in the past, you will probably never receive any in the future as well.

Hello nishchai,

Unfortunately, as the casino has no specific bonus conditions, and bonuses are always considered as a good-will of the casino, there is nothing we can do as it is entirely their decision whether they give a player a bonus or not and nobody can force them to do so.

If you are dissatisfied with the bonuses, I would recommend to chose a different casino which fits your play style.
