First of all, i'm happy that we can come to an agreement settlement regarding the refund. Agreement settlement on 13th of april.
After emailing evelyn several times about the refund (last time a week ago, when she asked about an update). I was curious how it would be handled now.
Evelyn said on april 13th that the refund of €5132 will be transferred and whether i agree. The next day i agreed.
My question now is , can you pay the refund? My bank account details are clear...
So that i can continue and the case can be closed? I think this is the best for all parties.

that is in fact the case yes.
do you think they deposit the refund if they said this in the email?
and the refund is based on the fact that online gambling on website betspino and lala.bet is illegal in the netherlands. I was not informed what so ever and when i wanted to block my account everytime they offered me a bonus to stay.
so for my lossed i started a case and then betspino replied that they would refund €5132 back to my bank account. But still no refund… what is the best thing to do now?
