The player from the Netherlands had signed a refund agreement with Betspino for €6652 on April 27th. Initially, communication was good, but then the player was ignored by all relevant departments and VIP managers, leaving the payment unresolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, the player did not receive any response from the casino. We reviewed the case and concluded that it was outside our scope, recommending the player to contact legal authorities or a lawyer. The complaint was rejected based on our policy and the legality concerns of the casino's operations in the player's country.

Hello!


I signed a refund agreement with Betspino for €6652 on the 27th of April after agreeing a month before that. First the communication was really good, but now the payment is due and all relevant departments and VIP managers are all ignoring me. The only communication i get is that support is being sended to my VIP manager and after that i hear nothing. There is zero communication but i signed a agreement so we have to get it solved before i'll take legal actions.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Why did you request a refund and what kind of agreement did you sign with the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

No we can continue. They have not responded to any email in 40 days. The support team of Betspino says: we will forward it to the VIP department and then they ignore it. The support team of Betspino has forwarded my messages more then 20 times without any response.

I still have not received a single e-mail, WhatsApp, Telegram or call from Betspino after 7 weeks of emailing and the payment of the agreement is due and they are violating the agreement because they are not paying. It's insane. Live support says that they only can forward it to the relevant departments that are ignoring me so its a loophole of customer service.

Sorry for the late answer, we were reviewing the case with the team. Based on the agreement with the casino, I would probably recommend to contact some legal authorities or lawyer. As the agreement has been made and signed by both parties, it is a little out of our reach as it is not a common casino-player related issue.

Also, based on our policy, the casino is not obligate to refund money for issues like this as the player is responsible to check where does he/she register and it is not an excuse to later find out that the casino is not even legal in their country.

Unfortunately, we will be forced to reject the complaint for the above stated reason.
