Dear gamblers

I strongly do not recommend playing in this casino. Firstly, their policy and legal acts write that you can receive cashback, however, after deposited 3k and asked for cashback, i was told it is technical issues, and i cant get cashback.

Looks totally like a legal scam...

  • Did you claim any bonuses in the past?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

  1. I was not asked to verify the account, because did not even try to withdraw.
  2. I did claim bonuses in the past "rakeback" and "cashback", however they have some techinical issues for receiving the rakeback and cashback and telling me it is not fixed for over the week.
  3. Already did not receive cashback for 6k euro (deposited more after this claim).
  4. The last time i spoke was yesterday, about fixing the problem with the cashback. However, got official email that it is still being fixed. Was asked to give me that manually, but they said it is not possible to do it manually. The thing is, that they have some kind of system in bonus tab, that i need to press for cashback, but due to technical problems, i do not see cashback botton, it has gone. In their cashback policy it is crearly written and they state, that cashback is always possible due to deposits amount. So they can not to refuse it in my opinion.

Would it be possible for you to forward the communication between you and the casino to nikolas.b@casino.guru for further review?

I would also advise against making any further deposits solely for the purpose of receiving a cashback bonus until this matter is resolved.
