The player from British Columbia had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hadn’t been received at that time. We had advised the player to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawal before submitting a complaint. We also extended the timer by 7 days for the player to respond. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

the casino is not supposed to offer the option to cancel a withdrawal request as it preys in the more engaged or more problematic gambler , which this casino did not they dont even offer the option to lock in a withdrawal even if you speak with customer support they seem to have no regard for gambling safety or regulations that have to do with gambling harm if they had not offered the option to cancel my withdrawal i would not have continued to bet thus eventually losing all the money i had won
