I was playing Fortune Spinner on this site and initially won $1,007, followed by an additional $37. However, both amounts mysteriously disappeared, as shown in the attached screenshots. When I questioned Betpanda about this, they responded suspiciously, using evasive tactics and blaming me instead of addressing my concerns directly.
Further to this, they informed me that they had raised the issue with the gaming provider, and on numerous occasions, I asked them to provide evidence of this. They claimed that the gaming provider had checked and confirmed that I had lost, but there was no clear documentation to support this claim. It seemed like they could have been making this up, as they repeatedly ignored my requests for proof.
Additionally, the timestamps on my screenshots don't match the transaction records on the casino's website, where the relevant timeframe is conspicuously absent. This is concerning because Betpanda insisted I check my transactions to find the exact round ID, which isn't listed. If the round ID doesn't exist in their system, then how do I have a screenshot and screen recording of it? I don't have access to their systems, so it's obvious they removed this information, likely to avoid paying me.
