The player from Portugal has been waiting over a week for a withdrawal. The casino has provided multiple deadlines which have all passed without the withdrawal being processed. The player states that they have met all the requirements and provided all the necessary information for the withdrawal, yet the casino's support only gives automated responses and has failed to respond to an email sent 5-6 days ago. The complaint was resolved as the player got paid out.

Waiting for over 7 days for a withdrawal, Customer support doesn't help, they only tell me to wait, all their previous deadlines for the payment have expired, including a 24H Deadline that they claim is the average it takes to process a withdrawal, they provided another deadline of a max of 3 days, and after 5 days provided me again with a 24H deadline to process my withdrawal, which again didn't happen. I have proof of the Last conversation with customer support where they told me I have done everything, and I don't need to provide any more information or KYC. They provided me through casino guru with an email that never gets answered by them. Not only do they not process withdrawals they also don't use their email, as I have been waiting for a reply for 5-6 days to no avail. All their answers everywhere, On casino Guru, customer Support etc are all the same automated replies. I just want my withdrawal processed.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I have been talking to the casino everyday. Everyday they tell me they are processing my Withdrawal, and the team is aware of the problem. Today i asked if anything was missing from my end, to which they replied no. They said i had provided them with everything and i just had to wait. 2 days ago they told me it should take only 24H more, and its been 48H already. The screenshot is here, where the Customer service says i dont need to provide anything else for the withdrawal. https://imgur.com/a/jD9QIxi

I forgot to say, i did get a 2nd deposit bonus, which i lost, but i still had real money to bet. I bet with real money for 2 days then i decided to cut my losses and withdraw what i had left. Everything went fine, but for some reason the casino doesnt want to give me my money, as i asked them several times what was missing and they said nothing, like you can see jn the previous image, and all i had to do was wait. They dont answer my emails, as you can see on my evaluation about the casino, i was provided with an automated email from them, with an email that apparently they do not use.

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request. Can you please advise if there's been any update since?

Finally got my withdrawal. They canceled my withdrawal for no reason, and only after trying to withdraw again i manage to get my money .

Will definitely not use BetOnred again, just for the fact that they took over 10+ days to process my withdrawal and the little to none customer care, they were never capable of giving me details about why it was taking so long, and Cancelled the withdrawal without any reason, and even the Customer support said they didnt know why it got canceled.
