Hello, my name is Denys I play in BetOnRed from October 2023, I make many deposits and withdrawal, there have never been any delays, now for every request I make regarding the status of a payment I receive a response about a technical problem and about its very quick solution by betonred employees. In addition, yesterday I made a deposit and won first 2000pln, requested a payment, and later won another 7000pln, also requested a payment, after that I contacted the support service again, regarding the first payment (read the answer above) and also asked if there would be problems with subsequent payments - they answered that most likely yes. My account is fully verified, I also have a gold loyalty status, well, unfortunately, this does not change the situation.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
