Hello - I am looking for help regarding my withdraw request in BetOnRed casino. I see that the casino is highly rated here and I had good experience playing there, however recently things changed. My account is verified and I had several withdrawals before - all paid within 24 hours as stated in their terms. However my last withdrawal via crypto is pending since 22 May - which is almost 20 days. Customer support is either not replying to emails or if they reply they say that they will pass information to relevant team and nothing happens. I am looking forward to hear from you and hopefully we resolve this soon!
