Dear Gambler33,

It mostly depends on the casino license as some of them have a rule where all sister casinos have to be blocked, but it is not this case. Also the casino can respond to the complaint even without us requesting them to so they may have posted in other complaints anyway.

Please contact the authorities in case you wish to continue resolving the case as we will be now forced to reject the complaint.
