The player from Greece requested a withdrawal a few days before submitting this complaint. After 14 days, the player informed us that he received his winnings and we closed the complaint as resolved.
I sadly started playing in this casino before reading the review here. I have provided all requested documents in order to withdraw 3000€ . The customer support has requested various documents generally not requested by other casinos all of which I have provided. My withdrawal request was placed on the 27th and until today is still in pending status. Support keeps saying that my documents are fine and that soon The request will be processed. We are way past what is acceptable…. Is there anything you guys can do to assist?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Thanks for your answer. I’ll wait a few more days. Support told me that all the documents are fine but they haven’t verified my account yet. So I asked if they need any more documents in order to help them out but have yet to receive an answer. I’ll get back here when 14 days have passed or when I have an update. Thanks a lot!!
