The player from Norway has cryptocurrencies worth 20,000 USD in his Betnomi account that he wishes to withdraw. However, he is unable to do so as the casino's site has been offline since 02.07.2023 with no notification of when it will be available again. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no progress even two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Hi, I have 20 000 usd worth of btc and eth inside my betnomi account, which I would like to withdraw. Their site has gone offline since 02.07.2023. No word of when they will be back online. Hope this can help to access to my funds asap.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation. 

Could you please advise how long you are a player of the casino? How did the casino inform the players about the website being under maintenance? When did you last speak with the casino support and what was it about? What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer) Did you achieve your current balance with or without an active bonus?

Hi. Signed up 07.06.2023. Deposited 0.29 btc ad 3 eth the 15.06.2023. No official response from them since they went offline 02.07.23. No bonuses used.

Hello hptm,

I'm Michal, and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed this case, and it looks like the casino has changed URL's. The "old" www.betnomi.com is indeed inaccessible, but I've found this "new" URL www.betnomi.bet. The design is a bit different, but when I checked the T&Cs they mention the same owner and even the older URL. We have not yet been informed by the casino representative that this really is their new domain.

I will contact the casino to see if I can help.

Can you please provide some information on why the player is not able to access their account? Are you "refurbishing" your domain? If so when will it be fully accessible?

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. All the contacts we had on Betnomi Casino have become unresponsive. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, I recommend you contact the Curacao Gaming Authority.
