I don't know what a virtual office is so I can't create my account

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have tried to register an account without completing "Virtual Desk" field, and I succeeded. You can leave it blank.
Additionally, I have doublechecked with Live chat and it has been confirmed that "Virtual Desk" field is not mandatory and doesn’t have to be filled in.
