The player from Slovakia had experienced issues with withdrawing their funds from a casino. The player had requested a withdrawal one month ago using a cryptocurrency method, but the casino had repetitively canceled the request, instructing the player to use a correct USDT TRC20 address. Despite multiple attempts, no successful withdrawal had been made. We had attempted to facilitate communication between the player and the casino, but the casino failed to respond. Given the casino's lack of a valid license and unresponsiveness, we had no choice but to mark the complaint as 'unresolved'. This could have potentially affected the casino's rating negatively.

Dear Sir or Madam,


The mentioned casino cancelling every withdrawal request from 2024.01.12. I used cryptocurrency method for deposit and I am used that method for withdrawal request as well. I had no successful request in the past. After few days the casino cancels the requests and cannot explain the situations. They repeat all the time that I must use a correct USDT TRC20 address for the request but I am pretty sure in that this is a correct one. I have severeal succesful transfers daily on the mentioned address. I am never received any kind of explaination from the casino by an e-mail about there is any issue. If I contact with them via live chat there is no correct information from their side, only about to create a new request but they cancel that all time, exactly 6 times.

There are 2 networks for USDT: ERC20 and TRC20

One easy way to differentiate between these two is by the way the address is structured.

An ERC20 Address only starts with ‘0’ and ‘x’. For example: 0xbc6e.

A TRC20 Address only begins with a capital ‘T’. For example: T9zG21.

  • Does your wallet address fulfill this requirement?

I am pretty sure in that I used TRC20 option with the correct address. I tried to use ERC with ERC address as well but it was refused again. Unfortunately as I contacted with the casino via live chat I cannot show our communication.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
